Can I request a correction to my colour season?
Yes. Send us the email address you used for the quiz and a couple of photos in natural light, and our team will review your result personally.
Do you offer refunds on paid palette guides?
We do, within 14 days of purchase if you haven’t downloaded the guide. Mention your order date so we can look it up quickly.
Do you work with bloggers or brands?
We do. Use the subject line “Partnership” in the form above and someone from our small team will follow up within a week.
